1. Agent Responsibilities

As a BizList Connect Agent, you agree to:

• Represent BizList Connect professionally and ethically
• Actively recruit quality businesses to the platform
• Provide accurate information about our services
• Maintain confidentiality of business information
• Comply with all platform policies and guidelines

2. Commission Structure

You will earn a one-time 10% commission on each business's first payment for:

• Initial subscription payment from businesses you refer
• Featured listing upgrades
• Business of the Month sponsorships

Important: Commissions are one-time payments, not recurring. You will be paid once your balance reaches $50 minimum.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree to uphold Christian values and principles in all interactions, including:

• Honesty and integrity in all dealings
• Respect for all businesses and community members
• Ethical business practices
• No false promises or misleading information

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive commissions earned up to the termination date.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all business information, strategies, and platform details confidential during and after your engagement as an agent.
