By accessing and using BizList Connect, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

BizList Connect operates as a Yellow Pages-style directory — listings first, with optional advertising opportunities.

2.1 What We Are

• A Yellow Pages-style business directory
• A reference tool for finding local businesses
• A discovery index
• A neutral information bridge
• An optional advertising platform for businesses seeking more visibility

2.2 What We Are NOT

• A lead-generation guarantee
• A review or rating platform
• A rankings service

2.3 Our Rights & Discretion

BizList Connect reserves the right to:

• Decline or remove any business listing that cannot be verified
• Refuse to display businesses that do not meet our moral or ethical standards
• Remove listings at our sole discretion
• We are under no obligation to list any business
• Inclusion is at our sole discretion with no liability for refusal or removal

3.1 Verification Requirement

• All businesses must provide accurate and truthful information
• A valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) is required for verification purposes
• TIN/EIN information is verified by our AI system and is not stored, displayed, or shared publicly
• This information is not used for marketing, taxation, or enforcement
• Verification does not create any advisory or regulatory relationship
• Failure to provide verifiable information may result in rejection or removal

3.2 What Verification Does NOT Imply

• Endorsement of the business
• Certification of business practices
• Approval of business quality or services

BizList Connect does not audit, inspect, or regulate businesses.

3.3 Business Eligibility

BizList Connect is for for-profit businesses only.

The following are excluded by default:

• Churches
• Ministries
• Religious organizations
• Nonprofit entities

These entities may only participate under separate written agreements, if at all.

The company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Refuse to display any business
• Remove any listing at any time
• Decline renewal of subscriptions

If a business, its content, or its activities are deemed inconsistent with the platform's values, morals, standards, or community expectations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Misrepresentation or fraudulent information
• Harmful or unethical practices
• Content or conduct that conflicts with our Christian principles
• Businesses promoting illegal activities
• Adult entertainment or explicit content
• Content that contradicts our moral standards

BizList Connect is not required to provide justification for refusal or removal, and such action does not entitle the business to refunds or damages.

5.1 Pricing

• $10 per month
• $114 per year (5% discount)
• No setup fees
• No contracts
• No long-term commitments

5.2 Payment Methods

5.3 Subscription Lifecycle

• Businesses remain listed only as long as their subscription is active
• Renewal notifications will be sent before subscription expiry
• When a subscription expires or is canceled, the listing is automatically removed without manual intervention
• No manual intervention is required
• BizList Connect does not maintain inactive or unpaid listings

5.4 Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failure to pay subscription fees will result in immediate listing removal
• Listings are removed immediately upon non-payment

5.5 Self-Managed Platform

Agents are independent contractors, not employees.

6.2 Agent Role

• Introduce the platform to businesses
• Assist with onboarding
• Explain pricing and functionality

• Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal
• Minimum payout threshold is $50
• Payment processing typically occurs within the first week of each month
• Agent availability: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

6.7 Legal Protection

Agents:

• Cannot bind the company
• Cannot promise results
• Cannot alter pricing or terms
• Cannot engage in misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Cannot use spam or aggressive solicitation
• Cannot misrepresent services or pricing

Agents are expected to uphold our Christian values and represent BizList Connect with integrity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of customers or reputation
• Business interruption
• Reputation damage
• Data loss
• Cyber incidents or data breaches beyond reasonable control
• Third-party disputes
• Acts of God
• Government actions
• System outages or failures
• Verification errors or omissions
• Listing approval or rejection decisions
• Removal of listings for non-renewal or values-based discretion
• Regulatory actions involving listed businesses

All use of the platform is entirely at the business's own risk.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings and encourage users to conduct their own due diligence.

Businesses agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizList Connect from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Their business operations
• Information they submit
• Customer disputes
• Regulatory violations
• Failure to comply with laws
• Intellectual property claims
• Misrepresentation
• Verification disputes
• Removal or refusal of listings
• Alleged harm caused by their services or products

9.1 Automatic Removal

• Listings are removed immediately upon non-payment
• No grace period is provided
• No manual intervention is required or provided

9.2 Company's Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate our Christian moral standards
• Fail to pay required fees
• Are deemed inconsistent with our values

9.3 Business's Right to Cancel

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
• No refunds are provided for unused time
• Listings are removed immediately upon cancellation

• BizList Connect may update policies at any time
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party

This document represents the entire agreement governing platform use.
